Aurora Real Estate for Rent
Be welcomed to the charming and sizable town of Aurora, where the townspeople are welcoming and friendly, and where the urban city meets the rural country! Aurora has stood for a fairly long time and has been growing steadily and sprouting into very nearly its own city. Located south of the city of Newmarket and north of the cities of Richmond Hill, Markham, and Toronto, Aurora is often seen as a sort of "steppingstone" on the way to Lake Simcoe via the Highway 404, but in actuality, Aurora has lots for a renter to be able to do and engage in. No matter which of the available homes you would choose among the choices in Aurora for rent, you will find that you are close to all of Aurora's amenities thanks to the plethora of transit bus stops that can be found on nearly every major street. In the middle of Aurora, renters can also find the Aurora GO train station, which can take them to the big cities and beyond without one having to worry about using their own vehicle to get around (and at the end of the day, renters can simply use the train to get back to Aurora and to their home).
Living in Aurora has multiple benefits that may not be immediately noticeable even to the most experienced of renters. In living outside of the big cities, renters of Aurora for rent will be able to enjoy a better sense of peace and quiet than the cities, plus being able to make use of all of Aurora's amenities at their own convenience. Examples of these amenities include the grocery stores found across the town, the theater near the town's middle, and several restaurants and fast food places that give renters lots of eating opportunities. The Highway 404 also serves as an excellent way for renters to travel to the nearby cities, as it stretches all the way between Lake Simcoe and the shores of Lake Ontario, allowing for the ultimate in "Sunday drives". Also, seeing as it's such a short drive into nearby Richmond Hill and Newmarket for renters of Aurora, they can also have access to all of the amenities of both of those cities on top of what's already available in Aurora. It'll be difficult to want for anything when you're close to everything you can immediately think of! On top of all of that, renters of Aurora can use the Highway 404 to reach the Highways 407 (a toll highway) and 401.
Aurora is not only home to lots of amenities in the shopping/recreational sense, but it is also home to lots of parks/greenspaces for renters of Aurora for rent to be able to make use of, as well as several golf courses in and near the town. The homes that are available in Aurora for rent are absolutely lovely: you have mid-rise and low-rise condominium apartments, larger condo townhomes, excellent freehold townhomes, and a massive variety of detached homes to choose from. Renters will also be able to enjoy the history of Aurora; while shorter than other places, Aurora has a history that, like many smaller towns/cities in southern Ontario, sprung up around a post office. If you have any children that would require being enrolled in a school, then you'll likely be pleased to know that Aurora is home to lots of elementary and high schools. Renters with any medical needs will be able to take advantage of the various medical clinics throughout town, as well as the hospital in the western part of nearby Richmond Hill, not to mention the veterinarian's clinic that can be found in Aurora as well. Finally, Aurora caters in the best sort of way to its citizens by offering various community/recreation centers to play sports in.
